While in New Orleans area we stayed with Ed and Laurie and their family. We met them via friends from Multnomah (Mike and Suzanne) and they have become very dear to us. Their family is growing as their kids meet life partners etc. Thanx guys for a wonderful 2 weeks.
Mark and J played football etc at the shore of Lake Pontchetrain (spelling not correct). I took this picture for the spanish moss hanging from the trees which holds such memories of New Orleans for us.
Cool guys don't watch fires burn... they just walk away...
After raking leaves on the Miltenbergers property, they had great bonfires.
Here Ed and Laurie are at the back. Jim and Cristie are with us on the couch. They were responsible all those years ago for bringing us Berean Bible Church in New Orleans where Mark was saved.
Its been so great connecting again with some of the folks from Berean who came on a shortterm missions trip to us this past term.
