We've decided to end school term a week early (the end of this week) to help dad on the house. Its getting pretty noisy with the banging on the roof etc... a good excuse to change focus. Then we head to our annual SIM spiritual life conference -always a highlight for the kids particularly. Tbought you might like these pics of J and Kar...
Yup, Jewel is really on Kara's back! Don't imagine too many Labmixes can say that... Kara's days are filled with school, gym, trying to keep on top of Jewels antics and figuring out mixit on her cell phone.
J's firm favorite in the furry department remains the queen of the house... Smudge. She really is not chuffed with the newest addition to the household. The hissing and growling has gotten less but Smudges mission in life is to teach Jewel that Cats rule and Dogs drool.
Mark and the kids will be checking out a youth group this friday night. We're praying this might be a good fit for both the kids with opportunities of developing friendships more locally.
