We were so pleased to see Kara get an allover 4th position in under 11 level 4 at the SA Rythmic Gymnastics National competiton in Johannesburg. Her coaches were very pleased with her very consistent scores over all 4 of her routines. Thanx must go to Eli and Nicki and their hours of patient coaching (and lifting). And, to Mark for his almost daily driving to get her to training.
You'll recognise at least 2 faces in the crowd... tho maybe more. The Kuehls and Seelhammers came to support her. Aunty Tracey and cousing Candice were also there. Obviously mom was chatting cos her girlie was not up for a while... otherwise she'd be looking like the other mom toward the centre of the picture:)
Its so amazing to watch these young girls cope with such pressure. Kara would want you to enjoy the bling on the new KZN leotard... she did.
Mark tried to get some pictures of the action... a difficult thing as they move so fast.
